Since 2019, we’ve partnered with Micropower Group, a rapidly growing manufacturer of high-efficiency battery chargers, battery systems, and power converters for industrial use. Our collaboration spans strategic communication, employer branding, and sustainability – all with a focus on enabling growth without losing cultural clarity.

Our work began with the launch of Micropower’s first Employer Brand platform in 2019. The goal: preserve the strengths of a close-knit team while building a brand architecture that could scale. The result was a clear employer promise rooted in authenticity – one that laid the groundwork for future recruitment and internal alignment.

 

By 2024, we delivered version 2.0 – redesigned to reflect Micropower’s evolving ambitions. This new platform aligned the company’s employer messaging with business strategy, enabling leadership to energize teams around a shared growth trajectory.

 

Sustainability, operationalized

 

Together, we developed a sustainability strategy anchored in action, not optics. “Responsible Actions” became the guiding concept – a principle embedded in day-to-day operations, not just communication. In a market weary of greenwashing, Micropower’s clarity and commitment have set them apart.

The Employer Brand wasn’t just an external tool – we helped integrate it into internal frameworks, including updates to the company’s Quality Policy, ensuring brand values were reflected in how the business operates.

 

On the market side, we delivered a focused communication strategy, complete with tools for thought leadership, account-based marketing, and market-specific positioning – giving Micropower a sharper, more consistent presence in key verticals.
