Limited Editions - stay relevant on the shelf
Our long-time friends at Lejonet & Björnen teamed up with Lydén Distillery and Ekobryggeriet to create the first Limited Edition, Gin & Tonic ice cream. Lydén Distillery is a small craft distillery located in Småland, Sweden. They create craft spirits using carefully selected organic botanicals. Ekobryggeriet is Sweden’s leading organic premium tonic. Their tonic is produced in Österlen, Sweden, and contains only organic sugar and natural flavors.
For their Limited Edition No.2. they teamed upp with the Swedish whisky producer Mackmyra. Mackmyra’s Svensk Ek (Swedish Oak) Whisky is used in this innovative masterpiece of an ice cream.
The Limited Edition No.3. they have worked together with Limoncello Di Capri, a sweet liqueur, made exclusively with P.G.I. (Protected Geographical Indication) Sorrento Lemon peels.
Some things we’ve done this far:
