Terroir Sauvage
Wild and in harmony
Our design for the Terroir Sauvage (wild soil) Blanc. A new French white wine, organically certified and produced traditionally and according to biodynamic principles. In this case, it means that the vineyards live their own lives in harmony with nature, that the vineyard is like a living organism where there is a clear common thread around the vineyard as a self-sufficient natural cycle. The wine is stored in cement tanks after alcohol fermentation and undergoes a very light filtration before bottling, all so that the wine will taste just as it "grows". Only a small amount of sulfur, which is found naturally in wine, is allowed to prevent the wine from oxidizing.
The result is personal and expressive wine where the grapes Vermentino, Viognier and Roussane gives a tasty but very elegant and snuff-dry wine with wonderful hints of citrus, apricot, pear and mineral.
